Delivery method
Online orders received by 3 pm have a delivery time of 2-5 days. The delivery time for orders received after 3 pm is 3-6 days. For goods purchased in our retail locations in Aranđelovc, Topola, Lazarevac, Mladenovac, Kragujevac, Smederevo, and Smederevska Palanka we provide transportation within 2-7 days.
The Tri O company delivers online orders (over than RSD 2.000) weighing under 30 kg free of charge.
In all other cases, transport is calculated in accordance with the table:

Regardless of who is performing the delivery - employees of the Tri O company or courier service - the purchased items are delivered to the address but are not carried inside the customer’s home. Items ordered online can be delivered free of charge to one of our retail locations.
Orders paid via bank transfer are delivered within 3-5 days from the moment the payment is received.
Delivery of electric and solid fuel stoves is limited to those cities where the Tri O company has its retail stores.
We do not offer delivery services for breakable items like glasses, light fixtures, light bulbs, etc.
Customers may submit complaints regarding damaged goods within 24 hours from the moment of the delivery or pick up.
