Using the Tri O website
Website visitors accept the use of the tri-o.rs website content exclusively for their
own use and at their own risk.
Unauthorized use of any part of this website without the permission of the copyright holder is considered a violation of copyright and is
subject to a lawsuit.
These terms of use define the rules of online shopping in the Tri O online store.
Said rules are put in place to provide quality service and customer satisfaction.
General terms:
1. Upon receiving the online order, the seller must confirm it by calling the customer. After the order is confirmed, the seller
takes on the responsibility of delivering the ordered products within an agreed period of time.
2. The order cannot be canceled once it is confirmed by the customer via phone.
3. The seller commits to deliver the ordered items in the stipulated period of time, in good condition, in their original packing
unless the buyer agrees to purchase an item that has been unpacked and on display.
4. If any changes occur, the seller is under obligation to inform the buyer when confirming the order via phone.
5. Any changes, other than changes regarding delivery, do not apply to confirmed orders.
6. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 62/2014 and 6/2016) purchases made on the Tri O website are
considered distance purchase agreements. If a customer determines that the delivered products are not suitable, they have the right to
exchange them for different suitable products within 14 days, in a way that is defined by the Consumer Protection Law. The customer
can exchange the delivered faulty items for the same or different items regardless of their price range or model. The customer is also
entitled to a refund. If the customer does not want to keep the products delivered, they have the right to back out of the purchase
agreement, as well as the right to a full refund within 14 days, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law, in the section referring to
distance selling (outside the company location).
7. In case of return of goods and return of funds to the buyer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full,
regardless of the reason for return, Tri "O" d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment
methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
8. Basic product features can be found on the Tri O website, on each individual product page. The goods sold on this website possess the
necessary qualities for the regular use of such goods in accordance with their purpose which is defined in the accompanying product
declaration. Product conformity is determined solely based on the characteristics and use cases defined in the accompanying product
declaration.
9. Customers can report product claims for items bought in our online store via email: reklamacije@tri-o.rs or via phone 034/725-922.
10. Information regarding delivery time and prices is located on the delivery and returns page.
11. The Tri O company strives to describe all of its products presented on its website as accurately as possible. However, the Tri O
company does not guarantee that all the product information is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free. If the product you
purchased does not meet the specifications presented on the website, you may return it undamaged, with full accompanying documentation,
and you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to replace the product with another one which may require additional
charges or a partial refund depending on the prices of the original and substitute item. All the product prices on the Tri O website
include VAT. The company reserves the right to cancel the order by sending an email notification to the customer in case there has been a
gross error when entering the product price on the website, if the ordered product is not in stock, etc.
12. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using
SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor (Komercijalna banka ad Belgrade, OTP banka Srbija ad
Belgrade or Banca Intesa ad Belgrade), so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website.
At no time is payment card information available to our system.
13. All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).
The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for
which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate
used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction.
As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.
14.
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
