Online orders received by 3 pm have a delivery time of 2-5 days. The delivery time for orders received after 3 pm is 3-6 days. For goods purchased in our retail locations in Aranđelovc, Topola, Lazarevac, Mladenovac, Kragujevac, Smederevo, and Smederevska Palanka we provide transportation within 2-7 days.

You can check whether a product is in stock on our website, on the product page. Alternatively, you can email or call our internet sales department or one of our retail locations.5. Is the shipping price included in the product price?
Online orders weighing under 30 kg are delivered free of charge. Shipping costs for small orders (less than RSD 2.000) are born by the customer at the following prices:• Orders weighing less than 1 kg — 180 RSD
• Orders weighing 1-5 kg — 340 RSD
• The price list from the table below is applied to orders weighing in over 30 kg

Can I order a product online and pick it up at one of Tri O retail locations?
Yes, you can. While ordering the product online, select the option of picking up the product yourself. Then choose the most convenient retail location.What is your delivery policy for bulky products?
In cities where we have our brick-and-mortar stores (Aranđelovac, Topola, Lazarevac, Mladenovac, Kragujevac, Belgrade, Jagodina, Rača, Velika Plana, Smederevo, and Smederevska Palanka) we are able to deliver bulky goods all the way to your apartment regardless of how many floors your building has. For deliveries outside our retail network, we carry the goods only to your building.I ordered the wrong product online. How can I cancel the order?
You can cancel an online order by calling our two internet sales phone numbers - 034/702-922 or 062/88-25-838. A customer service representative will be able to cancel your order if you call within 48 hours of placing it. After you confirm the order to the internet sales operator, it can no longer be canceled.How do you handle damaged goods complaints?
In case you receive damaged goods, please report the damage to the courier delivering the product and the Tri O company within 24 hours so that we can log the incident. After that, we can either reimburse you or replace the product with a new one, whichever suits you best.
Do you deliver items outside of Serbia?
We deliver products only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
11. How can I be sure my online order went through?
One of our customer service agents in charge of online sales will contact you to confirm the order and to take any missing information. If you make your purchase during the workweek, you can expect a call from our representative within 24 hours. Purchases made on the weekends will be confirmed within 48 hours.
