The Tri O company has been in business for nearly 30 years, operating successfully both in the wholesale and retail market of domestic appliances and hardware products. What enabled us to earn and keep the trust of so many consumers are our wide array of products (more than 20,000 items on offer) and top-notch service.
From the very beginning, back in 1991, the company was positioned well on the Serbian market. It was our hard work, business development, and careful consideration of customers’ needs that allowed us to open our first hardware store in 1995 in Aranđelovac. Spreading out on a surface of only 15 m2, our first store was quite modest. However, the company kept growing and expanding its capacities adding a new retail location as early as the following year. The store that opened in 1996 was no bigger than the first one but it was a step forward in the history of the Tri O company. The year 2000 was another significant year for us. Domestic appliances were introduced to our retail offer. This is also the year when we opened our first department store. The 130 m2 store in Aranđelovac was a big step up from our previous retail locations.
In almost three decades the Tri O has been around, the company has built a chain of 17 retail stores. We’ve created a brand name by having a local presence in major cities of central Serbia - Belgrade, Kragujevac, Mladenovac, Topola, Lazarevac, Valjevo, Jagodina, Aranđelovac, Rača, Velika Plana, Mionica, Lajkovac, Smederevo, Smederevska Palanka. Well-liked and trusted by local customers, the Tri O retail chain shows no signs of stopping. Our plans for the future? We intend to keep growing, both our product range and the number of happy customers.
We are proud to say that we don’t rent any commercial spaces. The Tri O company has built all of its retail locations in accordance with the highest standards and top quality. Investments in our own facilities are one of our key business goals because they contribute to brand reputation. Moving forward, we will keep raising the quality level of our products and services, offering competitive prices and a large product selection.
So far, the biggest milestone in the history of the Tri O company has been entering into an agreement with home appliances manufacturer Gorenje. In 2003, we became one of its main distributor in Serbia. Given Gorenje’s upstanding reputation for producing high-quality, durable, and well-designed products, we were very pleased about the partnership we forged with them.
In addition to hardware supplies, paints, varnishes, tools, electric materials, and light fixtures, our retail stores also sell a large number of white goods manufactured by famous brands such as Gorenje, Bosch, Whirlpool, Philips, Braun, Candy, Fox. We also have a line of floor works products - parquet, laminate, Gorenje ceramic tiles, as well as doors and windows.

What came out of collaboration with these reputable brands was a brand of our own - Nexsas. With our international partners, we select the best items of the highest quality and sell them under our brand name.
Lastly, our company also boasts a modern printing house which provides printing services to many local companies as well as to two hotels from Kragujevac and Topola.
The Tri O company is compliant with the international ISO 9001:2015 standard. It also holds a certificate from StandCert Ltd, an accredited certification body from Serbia.
