Printing house
The Tri O LLC expanded into manufacturing in 2008 after the acquisition of the oldest Serbian printing house called Nikola Nikolic from Kragujevac. The idea of offering printing services to our suppliers was quickly put into motion. Our printing office has been operating at full capacity ever since, rendering printing services to numerous local companies. The high-quality printing services we offer meet the technical demands and needs of our clients because we use modern machines that are capable of printing superior grade products.
Offset printing
When applying the offset printing technique, we use the following machines:
CTP Kodak Magnus
Heidelberg Speedmaster, printing machines for the B2 format
Additional machines like Polar and Horizon
The range of products that can be printed using the offset technique is very wide: Books, instruction manuals, posters, self-adhesive stickers of all sizes, product guarantees, calendars, business cards, pads, leaflets, catalogs, brochures, and other promotional materials are all commonly made using this technique.
Digital printing
When applying the digital printing technique, we use the following machines:
Xerox versant 180 i Mimaki CJV 160
The Xerox versant 180 is our choice when a client orders a small number of copies. This machine relies on the offset printing technique which enables us to meet the clients’ demands when it comes to the number of copies. The quality of the print is similar to one produced by large offset printing machines. This machine has the same range of products as the offset printer.
The Mimaki CJV 160 machine applies the solvent printing technique to a 160 cm wide printing roll paper. This makes it suitable for large orders (many copies). The Mimaki CJV 160 can print on different kinds of printing surfaces like blue back paper, city light paper, photo paper, PVC foils, vehicle wrapping foils, canvas tarpaulins, stretched blank canvas, mesh canvas, window and floor graphics, roll-up canvas, magnet foils, and textile transfer paper.
The range of products that can be made using this machine includes: billboards, tarpaulins, window and floor graphics, cars and trucks branded with business logos, t-shirts, promotional stands, roll-ups, branded exhibition stands.
